You should demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex engineering problems. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. A valid professional engineering license is preferred, as well as experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
