Key responsibilities include developing project plans, schedules, budgets and risk registers; coordinating internal and external resources; monitoring progress against milestones; and providing accurate, timely reporting on status, risks, issues and dependencies. You will facilitate project meetings, maintain clear documentation, manage change control and ensure that decisions and actions are followed through. You will also support the resolution of technical and operational challenges, oversee testing and implementation activities, and help ensure that solutions meet quality, security, compliance and service requirements. Building strong relationships across teams will be essential to maintaining effective communication and project momentum.

Applicants should have proven experience managing technical or technology-enabled projects, with a strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and governance. Experience working with software development, infrastructure, cloud, data or systems integration projects would be advantageous. You will be confident using project management tools and producing structured documentation, while being able to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organisation, problem-solving, negotiation and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to identify risks early and take decisive action. A recognised project management qualification or equivalent practical experience is desirable. We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the successful delivery of construction projects from pre-construction planning through to completion and handover. The role will involve coordinating site activities, managing programme delivery, and ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will oversee contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams while maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders throughout the build.

Key responsibilities will include reviewing drawings, specifications, and construction programmes; coordinating resources and sequencing works; monitoring progress against milestones; and identifying and resolving technical, logistical, or commercial issues. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality, environmental compliance, and site presentation. The role will also require accurate reporting, progress meetings, documentation control, risk management, and close collaboration with design, commercial, procurement, and client teams. You will ensure that statutory requirements, permits, inspections, and project procedures are followed, and that completed works are properly tested, commissioned, and handed over.

Applicants should have substantial experience managing construction projects, ideally within a relevant sector such as commercial, residential, civil engineering, infrastructure, or industrial development. A recognised construction, engineering, or project management qualification is desirable, along with appropriate site safety training and a strong understanding of construction regulations and best practice. You should be confident leading teams, managing competing priorities, negotiating with suppliers and contractors, and making informed decisions under pressure. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, together with a proactive approach, strong commercial awareness, and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality results.
