EWI is supporting a leading global wind energy OEM in the search for experienced Field Support Coordinators to join active wind farm construction projects across the USA and Canada.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong SAP, logistics, inventory management and site administration experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced construction environment and travelling between renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day coordination of wind farm construction projects from site mobilisation through to commissioning and close-out.
Promote and maintain the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
Manage site documentation including installation records, commissioning paperwork, QA/QC documentation, transport records and contractor timesheets.
Assemble and maintain project job books and ensure accurate physical and electronic document control.
Manage construction inventory, tooling and material movements, including:
Goods receiving
Inventory control
Cycle counts
Stock reconciliation
Tool tracking
Container management
Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate SAP records.
Raise and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and associated project documentation.
Support Construction Managers and Lead Technicians with project administration and customer requirements.
Ensure spare parts, consumables and tooling are available to support construction activities.
Maintain daily site progress reports and update project systems accurately.
Support procurement activities including purchase requests, purchase orders and vendor coordination.
Assist with project budgeting, labour tracking and cost control.
Promote continuous improvement and Lean working practices across project sites.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience supporting utility-scale wind farm construction projects.
Strong experience using SAP for inventory, logistics, purchasing or site administration.
Previous experience in one or more of the following:
Site Administration
Inventory Management
Logistics Coordination
Materials Control
Planning & Scheduling
Project Support
Excellent knowledge of inventory management and construction documentation.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently whilst supporting multiple project stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience with Lean principles is advantageous.
Valid driving licence.
Passport preferred for international travel.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Able to travel extensively (approximately 90% travel).

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound logistics and component deliveries from port to project site
- Liaise with site management and technical personnel for scheduling and updates
- Manage onsite offloading operations and ensure proper tooling is available
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, CMRs, labor hours, and time-stamped photo documentation
- Participate in daily safety meetings and submit daily logistics reports
- Enforce site safety standards and report any non-conformities or incidents immediately
- Monitor wind/weather conditions and adjust logistics activities as needed
- Ensure all required training and tool certifications are submitted and up to date
- Maintain onsite presence and availability during delivery windows and reset days (weekends may apply)
- Coordinate with both internal teams and third-party haulers for timely operations
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination (wind or industrial sector preferred)
- Proficient in English French language skills are a strong asset
- Strong organizational skills with attention to safety and documentation protocols
- Ability to work in outdoor environments under variable conditions
- Valid certifications in HSE and equipment handling (submitted prior to site arrival)
- Self-sufficient with reliable transportation and PPE
- Must be detail-oriented, communicative, and responsive on site
