For one of our clients, we are seeking a Project Development Manager - Wind / Greenfield (Land Focus) to support the growth of their onshore wind pipeline. The role will initially focus on land origination, land acquisition, and stakeholder engagement, securing the foundations for new greenfield projects. As projects mature, the employee will progressively support and coordinate broader project development activities, working alongside permitting, grid, technical, environmental, and legal teams to advance projects through the development lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities
* Identify and secure land opportunities for greenfield wind projects.
* Lead negotiations with landowners and support the execution of land agreements.
* Build and maintain relationships with landowners, local stakeholders, and external partners.
* Support project screening, site assessment, and pipeline growth initiatives.
* Coordinate development activities with permitting, grid, technical, environmental, and legal teams.
* Support project progression from early-stage development through key milestones.
* Assess technical and commercial feasibility of new opportunities.
* Identify and mitigate project risks.
* Maintain accurate records of land agreements and project status.


Candidate Profile
* 3+ years of experience in renewable energy project development, land acquisition, or origination.
* Experience in onshore wind development solar PV experience is a plus.
* Proven ability to identify and secure land opportunities.
* Good understanding of permitting, grid connection, and project development processes.
* Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Proactive, organised, and results-oriented mindset.

Quality Inspector

We are currently seeking experienced Quality Technicians to support major onshore wind projects across Poland. This is a freelance opportunity.

As a Quality Technician (Site), you will be responsible for supporting quality assurance and control activities during the construction and installation phases of concrete tower projects, ensuring that required standards and procedures are followed on site.

This is a freelance, site-based position operating on a rotation of 2 months on 1 week off.

Key Responsibilities

Implement quality procedures on site and ensure adherence to the Quality Control Plan

Support and monitor the correct execution of construction subprocesses for concrete tower installation

Inspect incoming materials including concrete tower segments, grouting materials and tower internals

Check the correct pre-assembly of tower internals within concrete segments

Participate in audits during pre-assembly and installation phases

Assist with final inspections prior to handover to project management

Identify, record and track non-conformities during construction

Review subcontractor quality documentation and report any deviations

Provide regular updates on quality status and construction progress

Attend site and project meetings as required

Coordinate with site and project quality teams to ensure consistent standards

Main responsibilities:

* Quality documentation management
* Main component reception
* Assembly audits on site
* Non-Conformity management (CINCs / INCs)
* Punch item management
* Daily activities managed mainly through Upvise (mobile application)

Requirements:

* English mandatory
* Previous quality experience is beneficial, but proactive candidates willing to learn are welcome

* GWO certification required (plus local training if applicable)
