We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, high-value projects from initiation through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident professional who can provide strategic direction, maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget. You will work across multiple teams, coordinating resources and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include defining project scope, objectives, plans, milestones and success measures; establishing effective governance, reporting and assurance processes; and monitoring progress against agreed budgets, schedules and quality standards. You will identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and changes, ensuring that appropriate mitigation and escalation actions are taken. The role will also involve preparing clear updates for senior stakeholders, facilitating project boards and workshops, supporting procurement and supplier management, and embedding lessons learned to improve future delivery. You will provide leadership and guidance to project managers and wider delivery teams, promoting collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

Applicants should have a proven track record of managing large-scale or highly complex projects, ideally within a regulated, technical or operational environment. You will need excellent planning, financial management, negotiation and problem-solving skills, together with the ability to communicate confidently with colleagues, partners and senior decision-makers. Experience of recognised project management methodologies and tools is essential, along with a relevant professional qualification or demonstrable equivalent experience. A pragmatic, organised and delivery-focused approach is required, as is the ability to manage competing demands while maintaining high standards. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, influencing without direct authority and building productive relationships at all levels.
