The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in cost management and contract administration within the construction industry. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing detailed cost estimates, managing project budgets, and conducting financial assessments throughout the project lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that all financial aspects are aligned with project objectives and deadlines.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing tender documents, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. You will also oversee the procurement process, evaluating suppliers and subcontractors, and providing expert advice on cost-effective solutions. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be required to present financial reports and findings to both internal teams and external clients. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, along with relevant professional accreditation, is required. Experience with project management software and strong analytical skills will be beneficial.
