Applicants should have proven experience in a logistics, materials coordination or foreman role within construction, engineering, renewable energy or a related industry. A strong understanding of site logistics, manual handling, lifting operations, storage practices and construction health and safety requirements is essential. Experience working with solar equipment or other large-scale infrastructure projects would be advantageous. We are seeking an Energy Storage Operator I to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of utility-scale battery energy storage systems. In this entry-level role, you will monitor system performance, respond to operating conditions, and help maintain equipment availability in accordance with established procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. You will work as part of an operations team and may coordinate with maintenance personnel, control room staff, contractors, and external grid partners.

You will assist with system start-up, shutdown, charging, discharging, isolation, and switching activities as directed. Previous experience in a control room, industrial facility, power plant, manufacturing environment, or technical operations setting is beneficial but may not be required.
