We are seeking an experienced Solar Craft Logistics Foreman to coordinate the safe, efficient movement of materials, tools, equipment and personnel across solar construction and maintenance projects. This role will oversee daily logistics activities on site, ensuring crews have the resources they need to meet programme milestones while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and environmental compliance. The successful candidate will be organised, practical and confident leading teams in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key responsibilities include planning deliveries, offloading and storage of solar modules, mounting systems, electrical components and associated equipment; coordinating site access, lifting operations and material distribution; maintaining accurate inventory records; and monitoring stock levels to prevent delays or shortages. You will supervise logistics operatives and subcontractors, allocate daily tasks, inspect equipment and work areas, and ensure all activities follow approved method statements, risk assessments and site procedures. The role will also involve coordinating with construction supervisors, suppliers, transport providers and site management to resolve logistical issues quickly and efficiently.

Applicants should have proven experience in a logistics, materials coordination or foreman role within construction, engineering, renewable energy or a related industry. A strong understanding of site logistics, manual handling, lifting operations, storage practices and construction health and safety requirements is essential. Experience working with solar equipment or other large-scale infrastructure projects would be advantageous. You should be able to read delivery schedules and site plans, use basic digital inventory or reporting systems, and communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels. Relevant training or certification in lifting operations, warehouse management, plant operation or health and safety is desirable. A proactive approach, sound judgement, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this position.

We are seeking an Energy Storage Operator I to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of utility-scale battery energy storage systems. In this entry-level role, you will monitor system performance, respond to operating conditions, and help maintain equipment availability in accordance with established procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. You will work as part of an operations team and may coordinate with maintenance personnel, control room staff, contractors, and external grid partners.

Responsibilities include monitoring battery management systems, energy management systems, alarms, telemetry, and site conditions; performing routine inspections and operational checks; recording meter readings and equipment status; and identifying abnormal conditions or potential hazards. You will assist with system start-up, shutdown, charging, discharging, isolation, and switching activities as directed. The role also involves promptly escalating equipment faults, safety concerns, environmental issues, and performance deviations; supporting troubleshooting and corrective actions; maintaining accurate shift logs and work records; and following lockout/tagout, emergency response, communications, and incident-reporting procedures.

Previous experience in a control room, industrial facility, power plant, manufacturing environment, or technical operations setting is beneficial but may not be required. You should be comfortable using computers and monitoring software, interpreting basic technical information, following detailed written and verbal instructions, and making sound decisions during changing operating conditions.
