Are you an experienced project manager with a strong interest in communications technology and critical infrastructure? We are looking for a structured and collaborative professional to lead radio and telecommunications projects in a complex, technically advanced environment. In this role, you will manage projects from initial planning and procurement through implementation, testing, handover and follow-up. You will help ensure that reliable communication solutions are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with applicable quality, security and safety requirements.

Your responsibilities will include defining project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets and resource plans, as well as coordinating internal specialists, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders. You will monitor progress, manage risks, dependencies, changes and documentation, and provide clear status updates to steering groups and management. The role also involves facilitating meetings and workshops, supporting technical and commercial decisions, and ensuring that project results are properly tested, commissioned and transferred into operation. Depending on project needs, you may work with radio networks, coverage solutions, infrastructure, control systems, integration activities and upgrades to existing installations.

We are looking for someone with several years of experience managing technical projects, preferably within radio communications, telecommunications, IT infrastructure, transport, utilities or another regulated infrastructure sector. You have experience working with budgets, schedules, procurement processes, suppliers and cross-functional teams. A relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience is desirable, along with knowledge of project management methods and risk management. You communicate confidently in English and preferably in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and are comfortable translating technical information into clear decisions and actions. As a person, you are organised, proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to build trust, handle complex issues and maintain focus when priorities change. A security background check may be required for the position.
