We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented O & M Field Tech II for our solar field operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of solar photovoltaic systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Key responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting electrical issues, and performing necessary repairs on-site. You will also maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and assist in the development of standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems, solar technology, and safety protocols. A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role is preferred, along with relevant certifications in solar technology or electrical work. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently in various environmental conditions, and have the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to multiple sites are also essential for this position.
