We are seeking a Project Engineer specialising in building and ventilation technology (m/f/d) to support the planning, coordination and delivery of technically demanding building services projects. In this role, you will develop efficient and sustainable solutions for ventilation, air-conditioning and associated building systems, from the initial concept through to commissioning. You will prepare technical designs, calculations, specifications and tender documents, while ensuring that all work complies with applicable standards, regulations, quality requirements and project schedules.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating internal and external project partners, reviewing technical plans, monitoring installation progress and supporting the resolution of design or construction issues. You will work closely with architects, construction managers, specialist planners, suppliers and customers to align interfaces and achieve practical, cost-effective results. You will also contribute to project cost control, documentation, acceptance procedures and the optimisation of existing systems. Depending on your experience, you may take responsibility for individual work packages or manage projects independently from planning to completion.
You have a degree, vocational qualification or comparable professional background in building services engineering, mechanical engineering, energy technology or a related discipline. Ideally, you have gained experience in ventilation, air-conditioning or HVAC project engineering and are familiar with relevant technical standards, planning methods and calculation tools. A structured, solution-oriented approach, strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate several activities at once are essential. You are confident working with common MS Office applications and, preferably, CAD or specialist building services software. We offer a varied technical position with opportunities to contribute your ideas, develop your expertise and work on forward-looking projects focused on energy efficiency, comfort and reliable building performance.
