Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant technical certifications preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in wind turbine blade repair or a related field, along with a thorough understanding of safety protocols and procedures. Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment for blade repair is essential, as is the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. A valid driver's license is also required for travel to different job sites.
