We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent with extensive experience in Heavy Civil Construction, particularly in Waste Water and Water projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Duties will include coordinating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that project milestones are met within budget and on schedule. You will also be responsible for conducting site inspections, managing resources, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

The Superintendent will lead a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include preparing project schedules, monitoring daily operations, and resolving any issues that arise on-site. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with environmental regulations and implement best practices for waste management. A successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. A bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction, is required.
