We are seeking an experienced Senior Major Contracts and Commercial Manager to lead the commercial management of complex, high-value contracts from procurement and negotiation through to delivery, performance management and close-out. This is a senior role requiring strong commercial judgement, the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and a proven record of managing contractual risk across major programmes, projects or service environments.
You will develop and implement commercial strategies, lead contract negotiations, and ensure agreements protect organisational interests while supporting successful delivery. You will need strong knowledge of contract principles, procurement processes, negotiation techniques, commercial risk and contract administration, together with experience managing significant variations, extensions, disputes or claims.
