Strong knowledge of NEC or similar forms of contract, project controls, risk management and financial reporting is essential. The successful candidate will coordinate daily site operations, supervise project superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and craft personnel, and work closely with project managers, engineers, clients, inspectors, and regulatory authorities. Responsibilities will include developing and maintaining execution plans and schedules; coordinating manpower, equipment, materials, and site logistics; reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract requirements; monitoring productivity and progress; supporting cost control and change management; and resolving field issues promptly. You will also lead preconstruction and planning meetings, enforce site security and housekeeping standards, and ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and turnover of completed work.

Candidates should have substantial experience managing large-scale water, wastewater, heavy civil, or industrial construction projects, with a strong understanding of treatment processes, underground utilities, concrete structures, mechanical systems, and related infrastructure. A proven record of successfully supervising multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors is essential, along with the ability to read and interpret construction documents and use scheduling, reporting, and project management systems. Strong leadership, communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills are required.
