We are seeking a capable and motivated Project Engineer to support the successful delivery of engineering projects from initial concept through to completion. This role will suit a technically strong professional who can coordinate multiple activities, manage competing priorities and work effectively with internal teams, contractors, suppliers and clients. You will contribute to projects that require careful planning, sound engineering judgement and a strong commitment to quality, safety and performance.

Your responsibilities will include developing project plans, programmes, budgets and technical documentation; monitoring progress, costs, risks and resources; and ensuring that project objectives are delivered within agreed requirements. You will review designs, specifications and engineering calculations, coordinate technical queries, support procurement and contractor management, and assist with installation, commissioning and handover activities. You will also attend project meetings, prepare clear progress reports, maintain accurate records and help identify practical solutions to technical or operational challenges. A proactive approach to risk management, compliance and continuous improvement will be essential.

Applicants should have a degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline, together with relevant experience in project engineering or a similar technical delivery role. Experience managing engineering projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and working with suppliers or contractors is desirable. You should be confident interpreting technical drawings and specifications, using project management and engineering software, and communicating with stakeholders at all levels. Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team. A commitment to health and safety, quality standards and professional integrity is essential.
