We are seeking a Project Manager specialising in electrical engineering and automation to lead and coordinate projects from initial concept through to commissioning and handover. You will be responsible for planning, organising and delivering projects safely, efficiently and in accordance with agreed requirements, budgets and schedules. The role involves close collaboration with customers, suppliers, engineers, technicians and other project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include developing project plans, defining scope and milestones, managing resources, monitoring progress and controlling costs. You will coordinate electrical and automation design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning activities, while ensuring that all work complies with applicable regulations, standards and quality requirements. You will identify and manage risks, handle changes and deviations, prepare status reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of project processes. The role may also involve reviewing technical documentation, supporting tender and quotation work, and participating in site meetings and inspections.

We are looking for a structured and solution-oriented professional with relevant higher education or technical qualifications in electrical engineering, automation or a related discipline. Experience managing technical projects, preferably within industrial, energy, infrastructure or process environments, is highly desirable. You should have a sound understanding of electrical systems, control systems, instrumentation and relevant safety requirements, together with experience using project management tools and technical documentation systems. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently while building effective relationships across disciplines. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of a Scandinavian language is an advantage.
