Position - Quality Technician (Onshore Wind Farm)
As a Quality Inspector you are having the role to ensure the highest possible standards of Quality are adhered to client after finalization of the wind farm, from internal and external suppliers and departments. You are reporting to the Quality Leader, Construction Manager and Global Quality Department.
Key accountabilities :
- Responsible for quality defects on site and reporting these
- Responsible for following erection and commissioning works and identifying inconsistencies
- Following regular activities at the construction site identify and suggest improvements to the site teams.
- Assuring that up to date work instructions are being used
- Quality inspections of subcontractor works
- Quality inspections of newly constructed turbines
- Remote Quality checks of wind turbines (e.g parameter checks, completeness, and implementation)
- Quality checks of documentation and reports
- Creation of reports from Quality inspections
- Attending meetings to present findings from inspections - Quality inspection of big components, which arrive at wind farm - Quality inspections of different kits in warehouse. - Create NCR on site, proposing solutions to solve the issue when possible.
Job requirements:
Career / Job experience:
- Wind Turbine Technician with more than 2 years experience
- OR Experience in a Quality Engineer role in an Industrial Environment
- Experience in continuous improvement is an advantage
- Experience from supervising teams is an advantage

Position Purpose
To provide administrative support to Site Manager Construction, Project Manager and project team.
Key Accountabilities
Provide support to Site Construction Manager and team.Address all site based administrative and transnational tasks.Provide training and support for new employees as required.Support visitors and new starters.Attend the Site Administrator meetings.Provide reports/meeting minutes as required.Support Management and fellow team members as required.Requirements
1-2 years' experience providing administrative support in a constructionExperience working within a small group of people.Experience working in remote locations.Mature outlook.Essential Skills
Advanced MS Office skills.Highly developed communication skills.Ability to work in autonomous environment.Ability to mediate and facilitate discussion.Highly developed problem-solving skillsFluency in English and KoreanPersonality Attributes

Technical supervision of turbine installation works, with focus on: o high-risk operations (e.g. crane operations and related lifting equipment),o operations requiring special skills (e.g. bolt torqueing/tensioning),o operations involving CLIENT-owned equipment (lifting yokes and systems);
Formal competencies/prerequisites
Strong technical background in wind turbine installation.Expected to have a solid technical knowledge of the specified turbine model.Needs to have an understanding of technical drawings, lifting plans, risk assessments, work instructions.Fluent in English, verbal and written, including technical vocabulary.Committed to Safety: setting very high safety standards to oneself and co-workers.
Personal skills
Strong leadership skills (team lead level): needs to step up as a leader of a team to supervise, control and direct the work processes of the subcontractor teams. Needs to stop the work or intervene in case of a safety risk.A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with ownership and responsibility towards the work, the people involved and towards CLIENT values.Self-driven & self-motivated personality.Willingness to work odd hours and show flexibility in rotation timing if on-site activities require.Willingness to travel and stay abroad on sites for extended time.
