We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead and coordinate daily operations at a dynamic construction site. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and in accordance with approved plans, budgets and quality standards. You will act as the central point of contact on site, coordinating employees, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and other project stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include planning and managing site activities, allocating resources, monitoring progress and following up on costs, quality and schedules. You will ensure that work is carried out in compliance with applicable legislation, permits, technical specifications and health and safety requirements. The role also involves conducting site meetings, maintaining accurate documentation, reviewing risk assessments and method statements, and identifying and resolving issues before they affect project delivery. You will contribute to procurement and subcontractor management, verify completed work and support effective communication between the site team and project management. A proactive approach to continuous improvement and a strong focus on safe working practices will be essential.

We are looking for someone with relevant experience in construction, civil engineering, infrastructure or a related field, combined with a proven track record of successfully managing site operations. You should have strong organisational and leadership skills, sound commercial awareness and the ability to make well-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. Good knowledge of construction processes, regulations and quality management is required. You communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing, and are comfortable working with digital project management and reporting tools. The successful candidate is dependable, solution-oriented and able to build positive working relationships while maintaining high standards and accountability.
