We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Residential PV (m/f/d) to lead the successful delivery of photovoltaic projects for private households. In this role, you will manage projects from initial planning and customer consultation through installation, commissioning and handover. You will act as the central point of contact for customers, internal departments, installation partners, suppliers and external service providers, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include assessing project requirements, coordinating technical site surveys, preparing schedules and monitoring milestones. You will obtain and review quotations, coordinate material availability, arrange installation dates and ensure that all required permits, grid connection documents and technical approvals are completed accurately. You will monitor project costs, identify risks at an early stage and implement appropriate corrective measures. In addition, you will support the continuous improvement of processes, documentation and customer communication throughout the project lifecycle. A strong focus on safety, compliance and customer satisfaction is essential.

You have a completed technical, commercial or engineering qualification, ideally combined with professional experience in project management, renewable energy, construction or electrical installations. Knowledge of residential photovoltaic systems, battery storage, inverters and grid connection processes is highly desirable. You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner, communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders and remain organised when managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong negotiation and coordination skills, a customer-focused approach and good commercial understanding are important for this position. Fluent German and good English skills, confident use of common digital tools and a valid driving licence complete your profile.
