We are seeking an experienced and organised Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of construction projects from planning through to completion. In this role, you will take overall responsibility for coordinating daily site activities, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, on schedule and in accordance with approved plans, quality standards and contractual requirements. You will act as the central point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients and internal project stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include developing and monitoring construction schedules, coordinating resources and workforce requirements, conducting site meetings, following up on progress and managing risks, changes and potential delays. You will ensure compliance with applicable legislation, building regulations, environmental requirements and health and safety procedures. The role also involves reviewing drawings and technical documentation, supporting procurement and cost control, inspecting completed work and ensuring that defects are identified and resolved promptly. Accurate reporting and project documentation will be an important part of your day-to-day work.

To succeed in this position, you have proven experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager or in a similar leadership role, together with a solid understanding of construction processes and site operations. You are confident reading technical drawings and coordinating multiple trades and stakeholders. Strong planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential, as is the ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment. You communicate clearly in English and are comfortable taking initiative while also collaborating effectively with others. Relevant technical or construction-related qualifications are advantageous, as are formal health and safety certifications. A structured, quality-focused and accountable approach will be highly valued.
