We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Package Manager to lead the delivery of mechanical systems for a major construction project in Hamina. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the mechanical package from design development through procurement, installation, testing and handover. This role requires strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.

Key responsibilities include reviewing mechanical designs, specifications and construction documentation; managing subcontractors, suppliers and specialist consultants; monitoring programme progress, costs, quality and compliance; and ensuring that all works are delivered in accordance with approved standards, regulations and project requirements. You will coordinate mechanical services with structural, electrical and architectural teams, resolve technical issues, review method statements and risk assessments, and oversee inspections, testing and commissioning activities. Maintaining accurate records, reporting progress to project leadership and supporting the resolution of variations and commercial matters will also be part of the role.

Applicants should have substantial experience managing mechanical packages on large-scale construction, industrial, infrastructure or data centre projects. A relevant engineering or construction qualification is preferred, together with a strong understanding of HVAC, piping, process systems, plant installation and commissioning. You should be confident interpreting technical drawings and specifications, leading coordination meetings and managing contractors to demanding safety, quality and schedule targets. Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with international project teams. Knowledge of Finnish or Nordic construction practices would be advantageous, while a strong commitment to health, safety and environmental standards is required.

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of mechanical installation works on a major construction project in Hamina. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring that work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex building services and mechanical systems within a highly structured project environment.

Key responsibilities will include managing mechanical subcontractors, supervisors and specialist trades; coordinating installation activities with civil, structural, electrical and other construction teams; reviewing drawings, specifications, method statements and risk assessments; and monitoring progress against the agreed programme.
