We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex electrical projects across Denmark. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and technically capable professional to manage projects from initial planning and design coordination through to installation, commissioning and final handover. You will take ownership of project performance, ensuring that work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include developing detailed project plans, programmes, budgets and resource requirements; coordinating internal teams, contractors, suppliers, consultants and clients; and monitoring progress against agreed milestones. You will oversee procurement, subcontractor management, risk assessments, change control, cost reporting and project documentation. The role will also involve reviewing electrical designs and specifications, resolving technical and commercial issues, supporting site teams, and ensuring compliance with Danish legislation, industry standards and health and safety requirements. You will maintain clear communication with stakeholders, provide regular progress reports and lead meetings throughout the project lifecycle.
Applicants should have proven experience managing electrical construction, engineering or infrastructure projects, ideally within a technically demanding or industrial environment. A relevant qualification in electrical engineering, project management or a related discipline is desirable, together with strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, testing and commissioning. Experience managing budgets, schedules, contractors and multidisciplinary teams is essential. You should be confident interpreting technical documentation, negotiating with suppliers and making informed decisions under pressure. Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills are required, along with a structured and collaborative approach. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Danish would be advantageous. The ability to travel to project sites within Denmark and work effectively with diverse teams is also expected.
