Job purpose
The PM Backoffice is, next to the PM, the central contact person for the involved Project parties. The PM Back Office is involved since the Project is handed over from the Sales Dep. until it is handed over to the Service Dep.

Key accountabilities

Supports to the Project Manager and team in managing site rentals and services.Is responsible for the administrative organization around the Project, including, tracking of open tasks and preparation of requests to trigger Project-related Purchase Orders Takes care of the Project-related communication with Suppliers and represents the first point of contact for Site personnel. Plays the role of interface with Project PM, Project CPM and Administration

Tasks (During preparation phase):

Creation and distribution of the Site MapSetting up of the construction site (site services - security, sanitary, waste, containers, internet connection, communications, team devises etc.), including....Creating and Preparing Requisition NotesCreating and Preparing Purchase OrderContacting Service Providers, SuppliersSearch for new SuppliersEvaluation and comparison of quotationsCreation of the project's contacts list including all involved team members, customer contacts, suppliersPrepare 'demande agrément': request documents and store into the sharepointOrder: chemical container + shelf + dangerous waste + waste container (with support of HSE)Order the construction/signs panels / site map (but must be prepared by Site Team)

During construction phase:

Update the project organization chartCreation of vendor, supplier, service provider accounts within the systems (only in case the Sourcing or Procurement departments have not taken care of)Keep Project Purchase Requisition Purchase Order trackers updatedMonitoring PO capacity and manage subsequent increase if neededFollow-up of Site expense in coordination with the Commercial Project ManagerDuring Handover phase:Accompany the handover process "HO PM to Service" by collecting, sorting, complete and sending the needed documentsCollection of documents needed for CE-conformity

Experience and qualifications

At least 3 years of professional experience in office organization, supply chain and/or procurementExperience in working within the wind industry, similar sectors (e.g. renewable energies, OEM) or construction environments is considered a plusProficient in written and spoken French and English (at least B2 is required)Strong computer skills, MS-OfficeSAP knowledge is considered a plus

The Opportunity

We are supporting a major energy infrastructure project in the recruitment of a Technical Coordinator - Operations Supervision to join during commissioning and early operations.

This position sits close to senior leadership and plays a critical role in overseeing plant operations performance, ensuring that the asset is run in line with technical, contractual, and safety expectations.

Operations and maintenance are delivered by an international O&M contractor, meaning your focus will be on supervision, coordination, and performance oversight, rather than hands-on operation.

You will act as a key interface between the operator, technical partners, and stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight

Maintain regular on-site presence during commissioning and operationsMonitor contractor activities and ensure compliance with operational and safety proceduresIdentify, escalate, and track operational deviations or risksSupport corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives

O&M Supervision & Performance Management

Review and supervise the performance of the O&M contractorTrack KPIs including plant availability, reliability, and maintenance deliveryEnsure consistency and accuracy of operational dataMonitor contractual commitments and highlight any gaps or risks

Reporting & Data Management

Consolidate and analyse operational and technical dataSupport the development of reporting tools and processesProvide structured reporting to senior stakeholdersEnsure data integrity for performance tracking and commercial purposes
