Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced GIS Supervisor to support the delivery of high-voltage substation projects across multiple locations in Europe, including France, Germany, and the UK. This is a key site-based role working on complex energy infrastructure projects, with a strong pipeline and long-term opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the installation, assembly, and commissioning of Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) on HV substation projectsLead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and OEM specialistsEnsure all works are carried out in line with HSE regulations, project specifications, and client standardsOversee site activities including mechanical installation, gas handling, testing, and energisation supportMonitor progress against programme and report on site performanceEnsure quality control through inspections, ITPs, and documentationManage permits, RAMS, and safe systems of workInterface with clients, engineers, and project management teams to resolve technical issuesRequirements
Proven experience as a GIS Supervisor on HV substation or power projectsStrong knowledge of GIS equipment (e.g. Siemens, Hitachi Energy, GE)Experience working on 132kV - 400kV substationsFamiliar with European utility standards and HSE regulationsAbility to manage teams and coordinate multiple work frontsStrong communication and reporting skillsRelevant certifications (e.g. SMSTS, First Aid, HSE qualifications) are advantageousWillingness to work across multiple European locationsContract Details

The OSM (Custom Offer) Project Manager leads highly technical client hosting projects, ensuring their feasibility, optimisation, and implementation within datacenter infrastructures.
This strategic role requires strong cross‑functional coordination and a comprehensive understanding of energy, cooling, and capacity resources.
Main ResponsibilitiesLead technical feasibility studies for client projects, taking into account available capacities (power, cooling, space).Define, coordinate, and optimise technical solutions that meet client hosting needs while maximising datacenter resource utilisation.Manage several projects simultaneously, from initial assessment to final technical validation.Identify technical, operational, or capacity risks and implement appropriate action plans.Update reference documents, capacity reports (sqm, kW), and produce regular reporting.Work closely with commercial, technical, engineering, and operations teams.Contribute to datacenter capacity expansion projects in collaboration with Engineering and Construction teams.Provide technical expertise when analysing client impacts and capacity impacts related to infrastructure changes.Optimise and rationalise resources in line with performance targets and energy/financial certification requirements.Assess risks, detect potential issues, and propose alternative solutions where needed.Inform internal and external stakeholders of project progress and propose solutions that meet client needs while optimising datacenter performance.Technical & Cross‑Functional SkillsStrong knowledge of datacenter infrastructures.Experience in managing technical and multi‑project environments.Excellent command of project management processes.Proven ability to read and update technical plans.Strong ability to produce clear, structured technical and contractual documentation.Rigour in processes and documentation management.Ability to analyse complex technical issues and propose relevant solutions.Soft SkillsStrong organisational and structuring capabilities.Analytical and synthesis skills.Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.Client‑oriented mindset and strong service approach.Pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach.Curiosity and interest in technical subjects.Proactivity and anticipation.Reliability and strong sense of responsibility.Additional RequirementsElectrical accreditation (habilitation électrique) is required for this role.
