We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex real estate development and construction projects from initial concept through to completion. In this role, you will take overall responsibility for planning, coordinating and delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality, safety and sustainability standards. You will manage a diverse portfolio of projects, working across feasibility, acquisition, design, approval, construction, handover and close-out phases.
Your responsibilities will include developing project strategies, business cases, budgets, schedules and risk registers, as well as monitoring progress and implementing corrective action where required. You will coordinate internal teams, external consultants, architects, contractors, authorities and other project partners, ensuring clear communication and effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. You will lead tendering and procurement activities, negotiate with suppliers and service providers, review contracts and oversee performance against agreed deliverables. Regular reporting to senior stakeholders, financial forecasting, change control and the resolution of technical, commercial and organisational issues will also be central to the role.
You will bring significant experience in real estate development, construction or project management, ideally gained on complex commercial, residential, mixed-use or infrastructure-related schemes. A degree or equivalent qualification in real estate, construction, engineering, architecture, project management or a related discipline is desirable. You should have strong knowledge of planning, building regulations, procurement processes, contract administration, cost management and health and safety requirements. Excellent organisational, analytical and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and build productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A confident, structured and solution-oriented approach, combined with strong written and verbal communication skills, will enable you to succeed in this position.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Real Estate (d/f/m) to lead complex development, refurbishment and construction projects from initial concept through to completion and handover. In this role, you will take overall responsibility for delivering high-quality real estate projects on time, within budget and in line with defined quality, safety and sustainability standards. You will coordinate internal stakeholders, external consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, authorities and other project partners throughout the full project lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include defining project objectives, scopes, schedules, budgets and governance structures; preparing decision papers and investment proposals; and managing tendering, procurement and contract award processes. You will monitor costs, timelines, risks, quality and progress, taking corrective action where necessary and providing transparent reporting to senior decision-makers. You will also lead negotiations with external partners, manage change requests and claims, ensure regulatory and permitting requirements are met, and oversee the successful commissioning and handover of completed projects. Continuous improvement of project management processes and the application of sustainable, efficient development practices will be an important part of the role.
You bring a degree in real estate, construction, civil engineering, architecture, project management or a comparable discipline, together with several years of experience managing complex real estate or construction projects. A strong understanding of planning, building regulations, construction processes, cost control, contracts and risk management is essential. You are confident working with budgets, schedules and project documentation, and are experienced in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external service providers. Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills, combined with a structured and solution-oriented approach, will enable you to succeed.
