You will coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities while ensuring compliance with applicable technical standards, contractual obligations, and legal requirements. You will review technical documentation, contribute to tender and contract negotiations, oversee change and claims management, and prepare regular commercial and technical reports. Effective communication and structured collaboration will be essential, particularly when resolving complex issues or balancing competing project priorities.

You have a degree or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering, energy systems, power engineering, or a related discipline, together with proven experience managing infrastructure, energy, or substation projects. Knowledge of medium- and high-voltage systems, substation technology, protection and control systems, and relevant health and safety requirements is highly desirable. You are confident using standard project management tools and can work effectively with budgets, schedules, and performance indicators. A methodical, solution-oriented approach, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead teams in an international environment are important. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German or another European language would be an advantage. Regular travel to project sites and partner locations should be expected.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating construction site activities, reviewing technical plans and documentation, managing contracts and project-related costs, and identifying potential risks at an early stage. You will track performance, initiate corrective measures where necessary and prepare clear reports for project management. You will also support tendering and procurement processes, evaluate offers and contribute your expertise to technical solutions for line construction projects. Ensuring compliance with applicable health and safety, environmental and quality requirements will be an essential part of your work, as will maintaining accurate project records and supporting the formal handover of completed works.

You have a degree, vocational qualification or comparable professional background in civil engineering, electrical engineering, construction management or a related technical discipline. Experience in infrastructure, utility or line construction projects is highly desirable, ideally combined with practical knowledge of project management, contract administration and construction processes. You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner, demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills, and are confident in coordinating multiple parties and priorities. A willingness to travel to project sites, a valid driving licence and good German and English communication skills are expected. You will monitor progress on site, manage project risks, review contractor performance and oversee quality, cost and deadline control. You will also support tendering and procurement activities, evaluate quotations, approve completed work and ensure that project records and final documentation are complete. Regular site visits and clear communication with all parties will be an important part of the position.

You have a degree, technician qualification or comparable professional experience in civil engineering, construction management, mechanical engineering, utilities or a related discipline. Experience in pipeline construction, infrastructure projects or network expansion is highly desirable, ideally combined with knowledge of relevant regulations, occupational safety and quality assurance. You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner, have strong organisational and communication skills, and are confident in coordinating multiple stakeholders. A willingness to travel locally, a valid driving licence and fluent German are required; good English skills and experience with common project management and CAD-related software would be advantageous.
