We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Land Development to lead the planning, design and delivery of complex land development projects from initial feasibility through to completion. This role will oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within approved budgets. You will coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors, authorities and other stakeholders, providing clear direction and maintaining strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include preparing project programmes, budgets, risk registers and procurement strategies; managing feasibility studies, planning applications, approvals and statutory requirements; coordinating civil, infrastructure, environmental and specialist consultants; and monitoring design development, construction progress, quality, costs and programme performance. You will review technical documentation, identify and resolve project risks, manage variations and claims, and provide accurate reporting to senior stakeholders. The role will also involve supporting land acquisition and development strategies, contributing to business cases, and ensuring projects comply with relevant legislation, planning conditions, health and safety standards and environmental obligations.

Strong knowledge of development approvals, infrastructure delivery, consultant and contractor management, budgeting and project controls is essential. You will bring excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions in a changing environment. Experience using project management and reporting systems, along with a structured and collaborative approach, will be highly valued. Professional accreditation or membership of a relevant industry body is advantageous.
