The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the water/wastewater industry. Proficiency in project management software and tools is essential, as well as a strong understanding of the latest technologies and methodologies related to water treatment processes. Candidates should demonstrate excellent leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Professional certifications such as PMP or similar are highly desirable.
