We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented EPC Assistant Project Manager for our Utility Scale Solar projects in Texas. In this role, you will support the project management team in ensuring the successful execution of solar energy projects from conception to completion. You will assist in coordinating project schedules, budgets, and resources while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Your responsibilities will include tracking project progress, preparing status reports, and facilitating communication between stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of solar energy systems, project management principles, and renewable energy regulations. You should possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field, as well as experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly in utility-scale projects, is preferred. Proficiency in project management software and tools, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills, will be essential for success in this role.
