We are seeking an experienced Energy Storage Electrical Superintendent to oversee and manage electrical operations within our energy storage facility in Clay, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and implementing best practices in energy storage technology. You will lead a team of skilled electricians and technicians, providing guidance and support in troubleshooting electrical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and executing repairs to minimize downtime.

Key responsibilities include coordinating electrical installations, upgrades, and modifications, as well as managing project timelines and budgets. You will be required to develop and implement training programs for staff on electrical safety and operational procedures. Additionally, the Superintendent will collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to optimize energy storage performance and reliability. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will liaise with external contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical management within energy storage, renewable energy, or a related industry.
