We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager Mechanical (m/w/d) to oversee and manage mechanical construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all mechanical activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including project engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure seamless communication and project execution. Your role will also involve conducting site inspections, managing resources, and implementing safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Key responsibilities include developing project schedules, monitoring progress, and preparing reports to keep all stakeholders informed. You will lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers and technicians, providing guidance on technical issues and ensuring adherence to industry best practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
