We are seeking a Site Manager for utility-scale photovoltaic projects across Braunschweig, Göttingen and Southern Lower Saxony. In this role, you will take responsibility for the successful execution of large solar installations from preparation through commissioning. You will coordinate construction activities on site, ensure compliance with project schedules, and act as the central point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, project management and customers. Regular travel between construction sites is expected.

Your responsibilities will include organising and supervising civil works, mounting, cabling, inverter installation and grid-connection activities. You will monitor progress, quality, costs and adherence to technical specifications, health and safety standards, and applicable regulations. You will coordinate site personnel and external contractors, identify risks at an early stage, and implement appropriate corrective measures. In addition, you will support site inspections, maintain construction documentation, review measurements and acceptance records, and contribute to the structured handover of completed systems. Clear communication with all project stakeholders will be essential to ensuring efficient and reliable project delivery.

You have completed technical or vocational training, ideally in electrical engineering, construction, renewable energy or a related field, and bring several years of experience in site supervision, construction management or the implementation of photovoltaic systems. Knowledge of electrical installations, solar technology, construction processes and relevant safety requirements is highly desirable. You work independently, are well organised and remain solution-oriented when managing changing priorities. Strong communication and coordination skills, confidence in dealing with contractors, and a willingness to travel within the region are required. A valid driving licence, good German and working knowledge of English, as well as proficiency with standard digital tools, complete your profile.
