Candidates should have a degree or equivalent training in civil engineering, construction management, environmental engineering, or a related discipline, together with experience supporting water, wastewater, heavy civil, or utility construction projects. Familiarity with construction documents, scheduling and cost-control processes, contract administration, and relevant health, safety, and environmental requirements is preferred. The ability to read and interpret plans and specifications, use Microsoft Office and project management software, and communicate clearly in writing and person is essential. Professional engineering eligibility, engineering-in-training status, or experience with public works projects will be advantageous. A valid driver’s licence and the ability to work collaboratively in both office and field environments are required.
