Position
HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) coordinator role focuses on implementing safety programs, ensuring regulatory and ISO compliance, and driving continuous safety improvement across manufacturing plants, logistics, or wind farm construction sites.
Core Scope of Work & Responsibilities
HSE Program Implementation: Support the development and maintenance of core industrial safety and hygiene programs aligned with ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management).
Incident Investigation: Perform comprehensive analyses of HSE incidents, identify root causes, and execute required corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Site & Operational Compliance: Monitor site conditions, conduct safety audits and inspections, and ensure sub-contractors and service teams follow method statements and risk assessments.
Safety Coordination & Training: Lead local safety committees, conduct safety orientations, coordinate safety meetings, and deliver operationally relevant compliance training.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, external authorities, and community groups regarding environmental and safety performance.
