Location: Warsaw, Wroclaw

For one our clients, we are seeking a Head of Wind Greenfield to lead their wind development activities and drive the growth of our greenfield pipeline. The successful candidate will manage a team of approximately four professionals and oversee the origination, development, and advancement of onshore wind projects through key development milestones.

This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader with strong project development expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of the renewable energy market. Experience across multiple renewable technologies such as PV and BESS will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the Wind Greenfield team.
* Define and execute the strategy for the origination and development of greenfield wind projects.
* Oversee project development activities, including permitting, land, environmental, grid, technical, legal, and commercial workstreams.
* Manage relationships with landowners, authorities, regulators, consultants, grid operators and other key stakeholders.
* Identify new development opportunities and support the optimisation of the existing project pipeline.
* Contribute to investment decisions, acquisitions and participate in the evaluation of new development and acquisition opportunities.
* Monitor market, regulatory, and industry developments relevant to wind and renewable energy projects.

Candidate Profile
* 5-10 years of experience in renewable energy project development, with a strong focus on onshore wind.
* Proven track record of successfully advancing projects through key development stages.
* Experience leading teams and managing multidisciplinary stakeholders.
* Exposure to hybrid and other technologies renewable energy projects.
* Strong understanding of permitting, land, environmental, grid connection, and project development processes.
* Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Strategic, commercial, and execution-oriented mindset.
