Established in Florida across 4 locations for 16 years they have a strong foothold in the state, profitable since operations began this is a highly sought after company to work for and this opportunity to become a Senior Associate is a rare and exciting opening in the industry.
Projects:
The Orlando office deliver on various building structures including but not limited to; Tall Building, Residential. Commercial, Hospitality, Heathcare, Education, Data Centers and special structures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)Professional Engineer license SE Lisense or FRSE desirableMinimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on buildings.
Experience:
Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept through completionDevelop and review structural designs, calculations, and technical specificationsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural systems into architectural designsMentor and guide junior engineers, providing support in their professional developmentConduct project reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulationsEngage with clients, presenting design concepts and project updates effectivelyDrive innovation in design approaches and materials, focusing on sustainability and efficiencyProven experience in project management and team leadershipStrong knowledge of structural analysis software and design codesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Salary and Benefits:
$130k - $150k
10% Minimum bonus based on company performance
