Tunnel Formwork Operator - Northern Italy

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Tunnel Formwork Operators to join a leading infrastructure project in Northern Italy, working with a Tier 1 main contractor on the secondary lining of a major tunnel development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assembly, alignment, and dismantling of tunnel formwork systems.
* Operation of hydraulic or mechanical shutters.
* Interpretation of technical drawings and execution of structural works accordingly.
* Coordination with site supervisors and engineering teams to ensure high-quality concrete lining.
* Adherence to strict safety procedures and quality control standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven experience in tunnel construction, especially secondary lining and structural formwork.
- Familiarity with various formwork systems and safe handling practices.
- Proficient in using construction tools and heavy machinery.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety protocols.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Relevant certifications in construction or related trades.
- Prior work on large-scale infrastructure in tunneling projects.
