RAMS Engineer - Rail Metro - Algeria

Ewi has partnered with a leading European consultancy to recruit an experienced RAMS Engineer for a Rail Metro project in Algeria. This is a long-term role offering involvement in complex and high-profile rail developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Review the execution studies for all systemsControl and approve the preliminary safety dossiers, hazard definition, and final safety documentation, ensuring system commissioning after completing all safety tests and achieving the defined objectives.Verify and approve, in collaboration with specialized engineers, the list of spare parts for subsystems.Oversee and approve RAMS analysis reports, from execution studies to commissioning, and monitor the demonstration of RAMS objectives achievement during the system's warranty period.Apply the Fail-Safe Redundancy method to achieve the highest level of availability.Implement GAME (Globally At Least Equivalent) and SIL (Safety Integrity Level) to establish the most secure integral metro system.

Candidate Requirements:

a minimum of 10 years of experience in the railway sector and at least one project experience in metro systemsA degree in Engineering or related discipline is essentialRegional experience would be beneficial.

Language:

Fluency in French

Salary Package:

The salary for this position is expected to be €6000 to €6500 net per month.
