We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Equipment Operator Light to join our team at the Paloma Solar Site in Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for operating light equipment, including but not limited to, small excavators, forklifts, and utility vehicles. Your primary duties will include site preparation, material handling, and assisting in the installation and maintenance of solar equipment. You will work closely with team members to ensure all operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established protocols.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of equipment operation and safety practices, with previous experience in the renewables or construction industry preferred. You must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Additionally, candidates should be prepared to work outdoors in various weather conditions and be comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials as needed.
