We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented EPC Assistant Project Manager to support our utility-scale solar projects in Texas. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and management of various stages of solar energy projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and coordination across all project phases. Your responsibilities will include tracking project progress, preparing reports, and assisting in the procurement of materials and resources necessary for project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the solar energy industry, along with experience in project management methodologies. You will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting the resolution of any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. A background in engineering or construction management is preferred, as well as proficiency in project management software and tools.
