Overview
Our client who is a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to clients They specialise in providing turnkey data centre solutions, providing services from design, through to construction across the full range of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services as well as commissioning.
They have grown to become the leading and most trusted company in our sector and the only dedicated data centre delivery partner in Europe.
They are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight.
We are please to announce that we are currently recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor to join the team in Bertonico, Italy
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise and co-ordinate site activities alongside other trades.Carry out weekly reports and issue to line manager.Carry out weekly toolbox talks.Prepare two weeks look ahead for upcoming works.Attending daily/weekly meetings.Manage Labour requirements are in line as per project program requirements.Maintain Quality of the works to a high level.Ensure Sub Contractors are working as efficiently as possible.Notify line manager of all variations and delays.Ensure all plant materials onsite are as per agreed specifications.Coordinate and store all delivered materials in a safe and secure manner.Review all Sub Contractors Plant and access equipment is certified and in good working condition.Ensuring that all matters of compliance and governance are identified and adhered to, including:Health & Safety issues on site and ensuring that all Sub Contractors are working in a safe manner.Review ways of working and where possible implement changes to improve safety.Ensuring housekeeping is kept to a high standard by all Sub Contractors.Complete weekly don't walk by' cards
Required Qualifications and Competencies:

Position Summary:
The Installation Supervisor´s main job purpose is to provide technical (electrical) expertise during the installation and finishing phase in order to prepare the WT/WF for commissioning. Additionally, the Installation Supervisor can be involved in resolving quality deviations (de-snagging) to ensure not only a smooth handover to the customer but also a smooth operation over the WT´s lifetime.
TASKS:
Ensure that platform operations are executed according to contractual requirements.Ensure that work is executed according to company instructions and procedures.Identify improvements in the execution of the processExecute proposed /validated changes from the change management processEconomic valuation of the costs incurred due to deviationsComply with all the personnel in charge and subcontracted with the security requirements
YOUR PROFILE:
Mandatory to speak EnglishMandatory to have valid right to work for Europe Availability for long stays on siteUniversity degree in electrical or electromechanical engineeringLeadership skillsResponsible personWith ease to socially interactWith organizational capacity and making agile decisionsDriving license
Requirements:
Technical degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered.Minimum of 2 years' experience in construction, preferably in the wind energy or similar industries.Proven experience in managing the logistics of large components, particularly concrete or heavy industrial materials.Familiarity with inventory management, warehousing, and material handling practices.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Spanish, English, and/or German is an advantage.Willingness to travel to remote wind farm sites as required.Valid driver's license.

Role overview
You will provide hands-on electrical expertise during the installation, connection and finishing of wind turbine generators, ensuring turbines are fully prepared for commissioning and handover.
Key responsibilities
Provide technical electrical support during installation, connection, adjustment and finishing phases of WTGsSupervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on site, including subcontractorsEnsure full compliance with HSE standards and intervene where necessary to maintain safe operationsIdentify and resolve electrical and quality deviations to support successful commissioningOversee SCADA, cabling and electrical system integration, ensuring readiness for energisation and testingMonitor quality and progress, ensuring works are completed on time and to required standardsCarry out inspections, reporting and preparation of technical documentationSupport site management with coordination, planning and project meetingsProvide technical guidance and mentoring to site teamsContribute to continuous improvement of installation methods and proceduresRequirements
