The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are looking for an Electrical Facilities Supervisor to join a global leader in construction sector for one of Norway's technical infrastructure projects involving roads, tunnels, bridges, drill and blast works.

This is a great opportunity to work for a significant construction company, working alongside some of the most experienced specialists in the industry to continue developing and further you career.

Job Role / Responsibilities

Multidisciplinary overview on upcoming challenges Multidisciplinary overview on upcoming challenges Coordinate and supervise power supply, lighting, communication systems, and control system installations.Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders.Ensure all electrical installations comply with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.Monitor progress and address quality or technical issues during electrical installations.Collaborate with mechanical, civil, and other teams to align project schedules and milestones.Review and approve electrical drawings, budgets, and timelines.Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and environmental policies.LOTO implementationAddress technical challenges and implement solutions to meet project milestones.DABS meetingsReview and approve electrical drawings, budgets, and timelines.

Project

The infrastructure project is based on the West Coast of Norway and consist of the construction of several tunnels, bridges and highways, the construction has already started and is estimated to last for at least 3 more years.

Requirements

At least 5 years' experience with the same role in Construction Proven experience managing electrical installations in large-scale infrastructure project Strong understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Timely completion of electrical milestones Budget adherence and cost control. Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Technical education related Scandinavia experience
