We are seeking an experienced Corporate Controlling Manager – Consolidated Planning & Risk to lead group-wide planning, performance management and risk-related controlling activities. In this role, you will coordinate the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts and long-term financial planning across business units and functions, ensuring consistent assumptions, methodologies and reporting standards. You will consolidate financial plans, analyse deviations against targets and provide clear insights to senior stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include developing and enhancing management reporting, preparing consolidated planning materials and financial analyses, and monitoring key performance indicators, risks and opportunities. You will partner closely with finance teams and operational leaders to challenge assumptions, identify value drivers and improve forecast accuracy. You will also support the integration of risk considerations into planning and performance processes, assess financial impacts and contribute to scenario modelling, sensitivity analyses and mitigation planning. A further focus will be the continuous improvement and standardisation of controlling processes, systems and data quality across the organisation.

To succeed in this position, you will have a degree in finance, business administration, economics or a related discipline, combined with several years of experience in corporate controlling, financial planning and analysis, consolidation or risk management. You are confident working with complex financial data and have a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and performance analysis. Experience with ERP, consolidation or business intelligence tools, as well as advanced Excel skills, is expected. Strong analytical and communication abilities, a structured and solution-oriented approach, and the confidence to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels are essential. Professional fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
