ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Participate actively in each Majors Operation, supervising all the stages, preparation, coordination, execution, and Also support in the development of the new tools & methodology to increase efficiency, increase safety for all operations under Majors operation responsibility. You may also be required to insure supervision work during project installation phase.Coordinate site activities and work closely with other Client Wind Organizations (PS&W, PM, GFO, Parts, Tools, EHS, etc…) during the operation. Provide feedback and contribute to best practices reducing risks to zero and assure continues improvement for allReview all documentation and provide input as and when necessary relative to Major Operations (cranes works) activities when while following best practices and safeProvide technical and process implementation, sharing know-how, supporting new regions while assuring standardization is

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Technical/University degree or qualifyingProven experience in O&M, commissioning, installation activities with related crane activities "Majors Operations".Sound knowledge and expertise in field, excellent Interpretation of lifting plansUse to work with heavy lift, in challenging conditionsCertified in handling & rigging activities.Technically experienced in electro-mechanicalValid driver'sPhysically fit to climb WTG towers on a daily basis.English language required, other languages will beWillingness to travel as required for business
