The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are looking for Automation & VTS Integration Supervisor to join a global leader in construction sector for one of Norway's technical infrastructure projects involving roads, tunnels, bridges, drill and blast works.

Job Role / Responsibilities

Multidisciplinary overview on upcoming challengesSupervise the installation and integration of instrumentation, control systems, and SCADA platforms.Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders.Ensure automation systems meet project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and telecommunication teams to ensure seamless system integration.Review technical designs, functional specifications, and system architecture.Conduct system testing, commissioning, and performance validation.Address technical challenges and implement solutions to meet project milestones.Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental protocols during installationsDABS meetings

Project

The infrastructure project is based on the West Coast of Norway and consist of the construction of several tunnels, bridges and highways, the construction has already started and is estimated to last for at least 3 more years.

Requirements

At least 5 years' experience with the same role in ConstructionProven experience in automation and SCADA systems for large-scale infrastructure projectsStrong knowledge of PLCs, DCS, and SCADA software platforms.Familiarity with instrumentation and control devices used in infrastructure environmentsAbility to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and functional documents.Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teamsCompliance with safety and quality standards.Timely completion of automation and SCADA system milestones.Adherence to project budget and time lines.Seamless integration of automation systems with other infrastructure components.Technical education relatedScandinavia experience
