We are seeking an Associate Project Manager – Land Development to support the successful delivery of residential, commercial and mixed-use development projects from initial feasibility through to construction and completion. This role will suit a technically minded project professional who can coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage competing priorities and contribute to high-quality outcomes across the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities will include assisting with project planning, programming, budgeting and reporting; coordinating consultants, contractors, authorities and other project stakeholders; and monitoring progress against agreed scope, cost, quality and time objectives. You will support the preparation and review of development applications, technical reports, project briefs, procurement documentation and construction information. The role will also involve maintaining project records, identifying risks and opportunities, tracking approvals and conditions, reviewing invoices and variations, and contributing to regular project updates for senior management and clients. You may also assist with site inspections, design coordination, tender processes and the resolution of project issues as they arise.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience in land development, property, construction, engineering, planning or a related discipline, together with demonstrated experience supporting or managing projects. A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable, as is familiarity with development approvals, civil infrastructure, consultant coordination and construction processes. You will be organised, commercially aware and confident working with budgets, schedules and project documentation. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across diverse teams. Proficiency in common project management and document-control systems will be advantageous.
