We are seeking an Associate, Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will conduct compliance risk assessments, perform audits, and support investigations to identify and mitigate compliance risks. Your analytical skills will be crucial in reviewing policies and procedures, as well as preparing reports to communicate findings and recommendations to management.

Key responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and industry trends, assisting in training programs for staff on compliance-related topics, and collaborating with other departments to promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization. You will also assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and support the preparation of documentation for compliance audits. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication abilities, to effectively convey compliance issues and solutions to stakeholders.

A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, along with a foundational understanding of compliance frameworks and regulations. Previous experience in compliance, risk management, or a related area is preferred.
