Assistant Site Manager (Wind Farm Projects)
Location - Canada (Nova Scotia)

Responsibilities:

* Support the overseeing, delivery, erection, and commissioning of Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) from start to final certification.
* Support and coordinate logistics for heavy equipment, cranes, and transportation on-site.
* Help with quality control, documentation, and prepare progress reports.
* Ensure parts are delivered on time to avoid delays.
* Assist and monitor the construction schedule and attend daily contractor meetings.
* Help oversee subcontractor hours, rotation, and vacation requests.
* Track project costs and manage the site budget.
* Interact with clients and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

* Associate degree in mechanical engineering or related field PMP certification preferred.
* Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience, ideally in wind farm mechanical construction.
* Strong multitasking, scheduling, and communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work on-site 100% of the time, travel up to 75%, and meet physical requirements.
