We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of a large-scale infrastructure project. In this role, you will coordinate daily construction activities and ensure that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved plans, schedules, quality requirements, and applicable regulations. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain steady progress across multiple work areas.
Your responsibilities will include planning and allocating resources, coordinating teams and subcontractors, monitoring productivity, and following up on milestones and deliverables. You will conduct regular site inspections, identify risks or deviations, and ensure that corrective actions are implemented promptly. Maintaining a strong focus on health and safety will be essential, including leading toolbox talks, promoting safe working practices, and reporting incidents or potential hazards. You will also contribute to progress reporting, document control, quantity follow-up, and coordination of permits, logistics, and site access.
To succeed in this position, you have several years of experience supervising construction, civil engineering, industrial, or infrastructure projects, preferably within a complex or large-scale environment. You are confident reading technical drawings and specifications and have a practical understanding of construction methods, work planning, quality assurance, and occupational safety. Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams is highly valued. You are organised, decisive, and able to communicate clearly with people at all levels. A proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain focused under changing conditions are essential. Relevant technical education, supervisory training, and certifications in health and safety are advantageous. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills may be beneficial. We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a large-scale, complex construction and infrastructure project. In this role, you will coordinate daily site activities, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved plans, schedules, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. You will act as a key link between project management, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and the workforce on site.
Your responsibilities will include planning and allocating resources, coordinating teams and subcontractors, monitoring progress, and resolving operational issues as they arise. You will conduct site meetings, follow up on milestones, and ensure that activities are properly documented and communicated. You will also contribute to risk assessments, inspections, method statements, quality controls, and health and safety procedures. Identifying delays or potential disruptions at an early stage and taking appropriate corrective action will be an important part of the role.
To succeed, you have several years of experience in site supervision, construction coordination, or a similar position, preferably from major infrastructure, civil engineering, industrial, or building projects. You are confident reading technical drawings, schedules, and project documentation, and you understand how to coordinate multiple workstreams in a demanding environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. You work proactively, take responsibility, and build effective relationships with colleagues and external partners. A relevant technical education, experience with digital project management tools, and knowledge of local health and safety regulations are advantageous. The position may involve working on a large, active site and coordinating several teams throughout different project phases.
