- Lead the training development for the following training: NX high-level structure; Introduction to Service; Software Access Management
- Support the project core team in identifying the Nordex SMEs (subject matter experts)
- Coordinate the SMEs to secure necessary resource and ensure the capacity
- Identify the training needs: what content do the target groups / users need?
- Define and develop the training content with SMEs
- Create templates and collect information if needed
- Plan the training development, define the timeline and track the progress
- Coordinate the SME to produce the content in suitable format, regularly follow up with the SME to check the progress, flag issues and find solutions if needed. Make sure the training content can be developed within the given time frame.
- Regularly report to the KCM project leads on the progress
- Support the KCM project leads as required
Requirements:
- Excellent project management skills, be able to create detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for training development.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, be able to work with identified stakeholders to develop training content, track progress, flag issues and find solutions.
- Effective communication
- Good understanding of training development
- Experience in multinational, culturally diverse matrix organizations
- Cultural sensibility
- Good to have: knowledge of and experience with e-learning development
- Excellent oral and written English skill
- At least 4 years of experience with Project Management, ideally worked in the field of training development
