Are you a skilled mechanical expert with leadership experience? We're looking for a proactive and experienced MCE Lead to join our dynamic team for an exciting project in Kosovo.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead main bearing exchange operations with precision and safety
• Perform mechanical calibration and alignment of critical components
• Supervise and coordinate with the on-site team to ensure project milestones are met
• Work autonomously while aligning with the Site Manager's rotation schedule

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in main bearing exchange
• Strong background in mechanical calibration and alignment
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively
• English fluency required (especially for local nationals)
• Availability for an ASAP start, with commitment through end of September
